Nail fungus is a difficult to treat fungal infection of the finger or toe nails. Traditional treatments such as medications and topical creams sometimes show slow limited success. WHAT DOES DYE-PL DO FOR MY NAILS?
Dye-PL is an FDA Cleared treatment that offers breakthrough technology for the treatment of nail fungus (onychomycosis). The Dye-PL targets the fungus located deep beneath the nail plate, eradicating the source of the infection with no harmful effects on healthy tissue. Treatment is in most instances a series of 5-7 quick sessions, with minimal discomfort and no side effects.
BEFORE YOUR DYE-PL TREATMENT
Remove nail polish from nail that is being treated.
Ensure nails are trimmed and cleaned thoroughly with a nail brush.
Spray all shoes with an anti-fungal spray or disinfectant (Lysol). Continue weekly for at least 4 weeks.
Do not apply topical or antifungal cream or powder for 2 days prior to treatment.
Toenails may take 9-12 months and fingernails may take 6-9 months to grow out
Severly infected nails may take longer.
